Treatments

Swedish Massage

This treatment uses a range of techniques designed to ease muscular tension. Both invigorating and calming, a Swedish massage blends rhythmic tapping movements with long, flowing strokes. The pressure is adjusted to suit your comfort level on the day of your session.

Gentle and purposeful, Swedish massage focuses on soothing and nourishing the body while helping to calm the nervous system. Using light to medium pressure, it offers the time and space to unwind, while also supporting recovery for a fatigued body and mind.

Deep Tissue

Working through from surface level tissue to deeper structures, a deep tissue massage uses slow, concentrated pressure to target muscles, fascia, and connective tissue.

Especially helpful for those who exercise frequently, have physically demanding jobs, or experience ongoing pain, this treatment typically involves firm pressure, which can be adjusted to suit each individual client.

Chair Massage

Delivered on a specially designed chair and carried out over clothing, this massage typically runs for 15–20 minutes and mainly targets the back and shoulders. It’s ideal for office or workplace settings, helping to re-energise employees and boost productivity.

On-site chair massage can also be arranged for private events and parties. This brief treatment offers a welcome pause from daily pressures, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
