I’m Sukey, qualified massage therapist and owner of Interval Massage.

For the past 10 years I’ve worked as an actor throughout the UK and internationally on various productions for screen and stage. COVID provided the perfect opportunity to take some time out of the industry to further hone my craft and in 2023 I completed my acting studies at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

As well as continuing to work as an actor, I secured a job within the climbing industry, coaching people in the fundamentals of bouldering. I’ve been drawn to physically demanding roles my whole life, whether that’s maintaining fitness for weeks of shooting and stunt work, or making sure I’m flexible enough to perform complicated moves at the top of a climbing wall. It was only natural that I found myself gravitating towards learning a practise which supports longevity, awareness, and a deeper sense of connection to body.

In summer 2025, I graduated from The School Of Natural Therapies, gaining a Distinction in ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage. I now work with clients from all walks of life - teachers, office workers, labourers to producers, tattoo artists, camera operators, bringing my experience as a performer into the treatment room to help you feel, function and perform your best.
